If you have an issues or grievance please address with David Putano, HPMT, MT-BC in writing by email at info@thecreativeclinician.com within 30 days after completion of course. You will receive a reply within 7-10 days. If we cannot resolve the issue between us over the following 2 weeks, after you receive the initial reply to your grievance and you feel you grievance is still left unresolved you have the right to contact the Continuing Education Committee of CBMT.
